We are particular about bean grade and select production areas carefully for taste.

We purchase high grade arabica beans from well-known production areas by pinpointing when coffee beans, which are cultivated year-round, are in season mainly in the subtropical zone that is called the coffee belt.

The distant red effect by the ceramic roast.

The ceramic roast produces far infrared rays and is baked from a core plumply by transmitting heat slowly and carefully to the inside of beans, and it features it that it is fragrant, and it is to high coffee beans.
The cell wall of coffee beans is carbonized by roasting it, and let's not boil a hive of "honeycomb structure" like the left image, and there is a hexagonal cavity.
Inside of this cavity, carbon dioxide creating a taste ingredient and a fragrance of coffee is clogged up.

Effective quality management with temperature profile.

We monitor indispensable data in real time during roasting such as the temperature for each variety, production flow rate, etc. and quality management. Temperature changes are recorded with the function called temperature profile and reliably achieves the most delicious taste at the point that roasting finishes.

Enjoy an authentic taste with the inverted trapezoid filter that brings out the rich deliciousness of the after blend.

In the conventional blending method (pre-blend), the beans are first blended then roasted and there is nonuniformity because the moisture content and size of the beans vary so it is not possible to make use of the flavour that the production area offers. Meanwhile, Avance after blend roasts each bean to make use of the features of the production area and makes it possible to create taste and aroma to suit our customer’s preferences.
Furthermore, through innovations with the dripper and adopting the inverse trapezoid filter that can extract even more richness through the narrow bottom, it became possible to draw out even more of the flavour of the coffee beans.
