General Employer Action Plan (Act on Advancement of
Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children)

Kunitaro Co., Ltd. formulates its General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. This means that the company works on creating a working environment and facilities that make it possible for employees to combine work and bringing up children and to provide all employees, including those who are not bringing up children with diverse working conditions and it lays down the plan period and goals and measures and implementation periods in order to achieve these goals.

Kunitaro Co., Ltd Action Plan

This action plan is formulated to ensure that all employees can satisfactorily exhibit their skills through making it possible to combine work and bringing up children and creating an environment in which all employees find it easy to work.

1. Period of plan: 1st December 2018 – 30th November 2021

2. Details

Goal 1: Progress with reducing overtime hours in order to achieve a work-life balance.

Measures
We will work on reducing hours while changing individual awareness and reviewing and improving work as an organization. We will introduce measures for those who work long hours and make an effort to introduce measures to modify processes and implement restrictions.

3. Details

Goal 2: Implementation of information and educational activities concerning systems for childbirth/childcare/nursing care.

Measures
We will continuously provide information about working conditions including childcare/nursing leave system regulations and shorter working hours after treatment or leave.
